Jaime StenwickDesignated Broker/Owner
Born and raised in Puyallup, Jaime is a life-long resident of Washington. She graduated Cum Laude from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Education and a Minor in Psychology. After beginning a teaching career she received a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Washington. Although teaching was a wonderful experience she opted to pursue her passion for real estate and became a Realtor in 2005. After working for one of the big franchises for five years, Jaime became co-owner of Allegro Realty Group, Inc. in 2010. While she is passionate about resale and continues to serve her resale clients well, Jaime also works on growing the property management side of the company and recruiting energetic brokers with entrepreneurial spirits.
Brandon is a Washington native and third-generation investment property owner in Seattle. Born in Ballard, he graduated from Puyallup High School and Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He is passionate about the local real estate market and believes what his grandfather always used to say about Washington: “This is God’s country.”
As a seasoned entrepreneur Brandon prides himself on providing an unmatched level of customer service. His goal is to exceed the expectations of clients, employees, associates, friends and family on a regular basis.
Christian has been a real estate investor, landlord and property manager for over a decade. His focus in on finding his clients residential, multifamily and mixed used properties for investment purposes for the short and long term. Christian also holds a BA in Business Administration from Seattle University, and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He resides in the Green Lake area of Seattle.
Eve is a real estate broker with 20 years sales experience in her beloved Seattle. Prior to that, she managed systems projects and analytical groups in the high tech industry. She is an active real estate investor, involved in every aspect of the process from in-depth analysis to acquisition and management, and has invested in apartment complexes as well as single family homes in four different states. She found her calling in real estate, which is to apply her experience and analytical skills to helps others navigate the important financial and emotional challenges involved in selling or buying a home or other real estate investment. Eve has a Master’s Degree in Business, specializing in Finance, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Management. Her past community activities include volunteering in the PTA, PTSA, YMCA Board and Women’s Forum.
Tifany WilliamsAdministrative Assistant
Tifany Williams is an important part of the Allegro team as the office’s Administrative Assistant, helping wherever necessary in the daily tasks of the office. Tifany is a born and bred Seattlite, with a love for coffee and chocolate, staples of the Seattle foodie scene. A graduate of Howard University, Tifany holds a degree in marketing. In addition to her many daily tasks, she helps market Allegro through social media and other marketing avenues.
Ethan GrayMaintenance Coordinator
Born in Nairobi, Kenya, Ethan travelled to, and lived in various third-world countries, taking in the many beautiful and diverse cultures of the world. He finally ended up spending most of his school days just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and went on to college in Florida, Vermont, and Washington, where he ended up teaching elementary and middle school in Federal Way for 10 years. Ethan’s passion for building, collaborative problem-solving, and fixing things pulled him into zero energy building design and maintenance, where he studied and practiced new techniques as a handyman in the Seattle area. Ethan was lucky enough to be brought onto the Allegro team where he has the opportunity to work with great people in the office and out in the field, whether they’re coworkers, owners, tenants, or vendors. Playing acoustic guitar and writing silly songs is one of his favorite hobbies. He currently resides in West Seattle with his adopted 10-year-old Guatemalan son, Diego, and wonderful wife, Sue…as well as two crazy dogs and a goofy cat!
